*Passes Out*

I nearly had heart failure because there are 5 new designs up at Virtual Yarns. Well, new for me...

And I get my bonus this week from work.

Or

For now. There'll be more. I know, I know. I'm allowed one purchase until September.

Oooo, I think I need to lie down...

Deep breaths!

They are both gorgeous patterns, but if I had to pick a favorite, Rona would be my choice (not that I know how to do stranded knitting at all).

Good luck choosing! Should I say rules were meant to be broken? Or is that bad?

Hmm, I'm trying to be really honest (no sour grapes for what they did to me) here! The photographs, as usual, are awful but based on them, I prefer the original colours for Luskentyre and Rona. Abalone, I never cared for the original colours, so the VY one is calling me! I've always liked Rheingold but now, I love it. So, that might me 2 for me when the British Pound goes below USD1.70. Not going to happen for quite a while!

I vote for Rona. It is absolutely gorgeous! Of course, my way would be to purchase the pattern and dye and spin my own yarns. The consequences of that would be that it wouldn't get made for years and years. Especially as I have 2 Alice Starmore patterns already on my "must do" list. I've actually dyed some fleece for Roemarkie, but this is no where near getting itself spun. :sigh:

Oh you bad, bad woman!! I may not have noticed for a month, but nooo, you have to make me swoon too. I have loved Rhinegold from the first moment I saw it, but cannot wear the original colorway but the new one has my name written all over it. I actually like all of the newest additions, love the revised colorway on Abalone and Rona, but I'm with Marina, I like the original luskentyre.

I can't wait to see which you choose!

I like the colors in Abalone. Hmm, that Rheingold Wrap is pretty cool, too.

Bridge- What's she going to do when she finishes re-working all the originals?

Come up with some more originals?

You wicked, wicked enabler!

You lucky girl! Don't mention work, or bonuses today please, not a good day in FuzzyBritches land. I am going to have to check into those patterns, and if you slip and make a purchase, I will look the other way.

I don't know how to put "squealing with delight" in text, but that's what I'm doing. I bit the bullet and bought PCH on ebay just so I could knit Abalone. These colors seem a lot richer.

Hey Bridgette; Yes, I will get pics as soon as I get the battery recharged. Also, I really must catch up on your blog. Such fun things going on! Will come back and read, leaving random comments as I go. TTFN

Oh dear - both are so beautiful. I can't pick a favorite. Good luck - I'm sure you'll choose the right one :)

One? Only one? Why? I couldn't possibly choose just one. Food and shelter are so vastly overrated.....

Gosh - this is beauty, sheer beauty! *Sigh*
